11. USAGE AND DISMISSION
11.1 USAGE AND WORKING POSITION
Before activating any operation with the machine, make sure that there are no people or other obstacles around the work
area that could be a source of danger.? Check that the work area is well lit and that the deposit of the material to be
processed and the one worked is handy and well ordered.
• Check that the machine is properly connected to the power supply.
• Turn on the machine and set any temperature, travel time or internal ventilation parameters.
• Wait until the machine has reached the desired temperature.
The operator must load the products on the conveyor belt in the tunnel entrance section, taking care not to come into
direct or indirect contact with the moving parts of the transport system, the drive rollers and the potentially hot parts in the
immediate proximity of the tunnel (uninsulated plates).
The processed products will come out of the tunnel on the opposite side; in the presence of an underlying return conveyor
belt, the products will exit the same load side.
• Do not lean on the conveyor belt or mount on top of the oven. To reach the highest parts (Eg: exhausted fume exhaust
filter) use a ladder or a support of adequate dimensions.
Do not push the oven through the extensions or the conveyor belt structure: these elements are movable and may be
damaged.
The following picture shows in red the working position.
11.2 DISMISSION AND DISPOSAL
During the working processes, exhausted fumes are generated which must be expelled and disposed of according to the
laws in force in the Country or Region where the machine is installed.
In the event that the machine must be taken out of service, the following instructions must be observed, in order to
safeguard the safety of people and / or the environment with which it may come into contact:
• Separate the plastic parts that must be sent to differentiated collections in compliance with current legislation.
• Remove the electrical components, so that they can be recycled after a possible check.
• Do not dispose of non-biodegradable products or lubricating oils in the environment.
Call a specialized company for the recovery and disposal of metallic and inert materials (rock wool) according to the laws
in force.
