6. INSTALLATION
6.1 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
It is recommended not to connect the machine to the power supply until it has been correctly placed in its final position.
Before connecting the machine to the power line, make sure that the electrical system meets the following safety
requirements.
The Manufacturer does not provide the power cord or plug, prior extraordinary request.
The electrical connection must be performed by qualified personnel. The electrician responsible for the connection must
inform himself that the power plant conditions are suitable for the machine.
• The electrical system must comply with CEI 64-8 (IEC 60364) standards.
• Check that the voltage values of line (V) and frequency (Hz) of the electrical system correspond to those to which the
machine has been prepared.
• Check that the plant's earthing system and the power cord connected to the machine are in perfect working order.
• Make sure that the power cable is intact, well laid out and not rolled up.
• The grounding cable must be of a suitable cross-section and the relative earth plate in perfect condition.
• Remember that the earthing system must be checked periodically according to the law.
• Do not step on the power cable. Also be careful not to spread it on wet surfaces.
• Every maintenance intervention on the machine must be carried out with the power supply interrupted and locked.
6.2 FIRST START-UP
IMPORTANT: Check that the direction of rotation of the motor placed above the oven is the one indicated by the
red arrow. If not, reverse two phases of feeding to the machine.
