6.3 LIFTING BELT HANDWHEEL
The handwheel at the output of the machine is used to adjust the height of the belt
conveyor. Where permitted by the product it is useful to keep the passage distance
between the blowers and the conveyor belt as small as possible. This causes the air speed
to be at a maximum.
IMPORTANT: do not force the handwheel!
During the transport the belt lifting system has been locked to prevent damage on the
structure caused by its free moving. Before adjusting the height of the belt you need to:
1) Open the hooks above the panels and remove all 4 lateral panels
2) With a wrench n°17 loosen the screw (not completely)
3) After loosening all 4 screws on the 4 corners of the dryer, it is possible to adjust the belt height
6.4 EXHAUST FUMES CONNECTION
Connect the fumes exhaust pipe with a 80 mm diameter collar to
the outside through an insulated pipe. Maximum length of the
piping 10 m.
For longer lengths it is necessary to increase the diameter of the
pipe or install a suitable aspirator.
Limit the number of curves and horizontal sections. In any case,
the curved ducts must have a maximum angle of 45 °.
An oily liquid will form in the ducting from the condensation of the
vapors of the fabric.
It is necessary to seal all joints with special oil‐resistant silicone,
and ensure that the path of the pipes does not overhang an area
where falling drops can cause damage.
