6.5 EXHAUST FUMES FLOW
The fumes extraction ventilator fan starts automatically when the set temperature is about to be reached.
This means that heating is more rapid and less energy is wasted. The exhaust fumes ventilation can be adjusted manually
moving the shutter and the sunction lever on the extraction hoods.
1) The shutters are on the inlet and outlet hoods to reduce escaping fumes. To raise or lower the shutter pull the handle
out in order to rotate it to the desired position.
2) The lever in on the opposite side of the shutter handle.
According to whether fumes escape more from one hood than the other the valve can be adjusted in order to obtain the
best result. If no particular problems present themselves, we recommend opening the valves completely. Closing the
valves result in more aspiration of the air with an associated increase in energy consumption.
