Systems.
1.Slide the belled end of the pipe over the outlet end of the Straight-Out Boot.
2.Cut the straight end of the auger tube even with the inlet end of the Intermediate Boot. Secure this joint using a
Connector and clamps.
3.Align one end of the Elbow to the outlet end of the Straight-Thru Boot. Secure in place using a Tube Coupler
and clamps.
4.Install the remaining auger tubes in the system. Remember to caulk all tube joints exposed to the weather or
moisture.
5.Install the auger and Anchor and Bearing Assembly as specified in the installation section of the standard
Model 108 FLEX-AUGER
®
system.
Important: Stretch the auger in the same manner you would for the standard installation except add
16" [406mm] of stretch per 50’ [15.2m] and cut it even with the rear of the straight-out boot.
6.Use a tube clamp to secure the bearing to the boot.
