If the card is not fully seated: 1. Remove the card from the slot. 2. Inspect the card for bent pins or other obstructions. 3. Re-insert the card into the chassis slot. If the card is not at the minimum hardware-programmable revision level, follow the FPD upgrade process to update the FPGA.
