• Turn on the DSP effect after following instructions
in the next subsection, “Turning on and off the
DSP effect." Otherwise, the above settings will be
invalidated.
Turning on and off the DSP effect
1) Press the ADJ button jl5j and go to the CON¬
FIGURATION mode.
2) Slide the Up/Down button [T] to ▼ (down) or
▲ (up) to move the cursor to “DSP”.
3) Slide the Up/Down button (Tj to ► (right) to
turn “OFF” and “ON".
4) Press the ADJ button 511 and return to the
previous mode.
Setting your own DSP characteris¬
tics
Up to 6 DSP characteristics can be set by the user
and stored in the DSP USER (US-1 to US-6).
Notes:
• This function is available only when the DPH9100
(sold separately) is connected to the source unit.
• If the control is idle for about 5 seconds after each
operation, the unit returns to the previous mode.
• If DSP is turned off in the CONFIGURATION
mode, the following instructions cannot be operat¬
ed.
1) Press the DSP button QH to go to the DSP
mode.
2) Press the BAND button [|] to select DSP
USER.
3) Press the ADJ button SU when DSP USER is
displayed to select the adjustment menu.
4) Press ► /» (center) of the ENT button [T] to
go to the "DSP EDIT" adjustment mode.
Adjustment items are displayed as shown on
the next page.
To move the cursor to the next item, slide the
Up/Down button i to ► (right) and to move
it to the previous item, slide the button to -4
(left). (If you slide and hold the Up/Down but¬
ton Li] to -4 (left), the adjustment menu
returns.) (*1 in the table on the next page)
Slide the Up/Down button [Tj to ▲ (up) and
▼ (down) to change each set value (*2 in
the table on the next page).
Note:
• The sound setting menu “DSP BASIC1" has
already been set in DSP USER.
