Plug thespeakers into aUSB port
Thespeakers are powered via theincluded USB cable. Connect thecable to theUSB
connection (3) and to aUSB port (USB mobile charger, computer, TV with USB port, etc.)
On/off
1. Turn on thespeakers using thecontrols (2). Select [ ] (a) to only turn on
thespeakers or [ ON ] (c) to turn on thespeakers with thelighting effects.
2. Turn off thespeakers by switching to the [ OFF ] (b) position.
Connecting anexternal device
Bluetooth (pairing)
1. Make sure that there is no audio cable plugged into theAUX (1) socket.
2. Turn on thespeakers using thecontrols (2). You will hear thesound “Bluetooth-
mode” which indicates that theBluetooth function is activated.
3. Activate Bluetooth mode on thedevice that you want to connect. Look for
thespeakers on thelist of detected devices on theBluetooth device (refer to
theinstruction manual of thedevice). Once thedevices have found each other,
thespeakers will appear as “ASP-820” on theBluetooth device.
4. Select ASP-820 in thelist. If you are required to enter aPIN code, enter 0000 (four zeros).
Certain devices may also require you to approve theconnection. Once theconnection
has been successful, you will head asignal from thespeakers.
5. Start playback on your Bluetooth device and adjust thevolume from it.
Audio socket (AUX)
1. Connect your device (e.g. smartphone) to theAudio socket (1) using theincluded
3.5mm audio cable.
2. Turn on thespeakers using thecontrols (2). You will hear thesound “AUX mode”
which indicates that theaudio socket is activated.
3. Start playback and adjust thevolume from your external device.
Information
• Thespeakers will automatically re-connect with thelast Bluetooth device they were
paired to.
• Bluetooth connection will automatically switch off on thespeakers once acable is
connected to theaudio socket.
Care and maintenance
Clean theproduct using adry cloth. Never use solvents or corrosive cleaning products.
Take care not to damage thespeaker drivers.
