answered the call, or when a
timeout period has expired.

Verify
connection
The Antenna Tuner Unit (ATU) is
not responding. Check the
connection between the MF/HF
radio and the ATU.
a. Dynamic - Alert instance is assigned dynamically. This way there can be more
active alerts of the same ID and title at the same time, as they will be assigned
different instance numbers.
