Change the earhook
If the earhook becomes loose, you should replace it with a new one.
1. Remove the earhook by
pulling it upwards.
2. Attach the new earhook by
pushing it back into place.
Tip: The Cochlear
Nucleus
®
CP802 Tamper Resistant Earhook requires
significant effort to remove. This earhook can be used to reduce the
risk of children removing it from the processor.

change the coil cable.
1. Hold the coil cable by the
grips and firmly pull it
straight out of the socket
on the processing unit.
Do not twist.
2. Hold the base of the plug
and firmly pull the coil cable
