The Device Configuration window opens.
For some devices, you can toggle Override Credentials to enter in a custom User Name and Password. Also, you can
toggle Use Custom URLs to set your own Full Screen and Tiled URLs.
Then click on the Run button in the bottom left corner of the page, to switch to the Run Mode.
