7.3 How to use DDNS
If you open DDNS menu for the first time, below window will appear.
(1) Using DDNS service without Commax DDNS login
If DDNS state was changed to Enable, you can connect DVR from external network by “Host
Name.icommax.net”. If you saved above setting, you can connect DVR using Internet Explorer by
below address. Also, you can change Host Name what you want to use.

(2) Using DDNS with Commax DDNS login
To use this method, you should have a Commax DDNS account. Please register an account at
“http://ddns.commax.com” in advance.
If “Use Login” is enabled, you can enter ID and Password. Please enter ID/Password of Commax
DDNS server and click Save.
Using Internet Explorer, connect to “http://ddns.commax.com” and move to My DDNS page. As
shown below window, you can check DVR’s network connection status and you can connect to
your DVR.
