6 Firmware Upgrade
Following is an example show you how to upgrade G100 receiver, and updating
G200 receiver is same.
1. Connect G100 receiver to your PC with DB9 cable and start the G100 receiver.
2. Open the firmware program, choose “Setting”, select the right Serial Port to
connect with receiver and then click “OK”.
3. Click “Link” icon to build the connection (This is important to check if the G100 is
connected to PC successfully).
Then click “Update” icon to start updating (a few minutes are needed), during the
update, the G100 will restart automatically. It will take about 6 min to complete the
update.
4. When the progress bar is full, and “Completed!” appears below, it means the
update has been completed and then you can click“Break”to finish the update.
