SCREEN MESSAGES THAT CAN OCCUR ON THE CMM SCREEN AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Message Possible Cause Possible Solution
CO LEVEL
HIGH
CO Level above programmed limit
1) Check surrounding area for idling vehicles which would cause high levels
of CO.
CO content of incoming air to high
2) Remote mount the air intake to an area for a clean air source.
CO system requires calibration
3) Re-Calibrate CO. (if unit fails 3 attempts of calibration, replace cell)
BAD CO cell
CO MON. FAIL
CO cell detected missing, or CO level out of allowed
sensor range
CO cell not installed or installed improperly
Re-Calibrate CO. (if unit fails 3 attempts of calibration, replace cell)
CO system requires calibration
BAD CO cell
CO TEMP
HIGH CO sensor temperature above limit
Ambient temperature to high
Lengthen the system air hose to CMM and protect from direct heated air flow.
Temperature of air to CO cell to high
CO systems temperature sensor improperly positioned
CO
PRESSURE Air pressure to CO cell to low
Increase the System Air Pressure up to 6 PSI limit.
Disconnected or restricted air source tube
Ensure System Air solenoid valve is activating (red LED) upon system air
demand.
Control system upset, cycle power
Disconnect air leading into CO cell and verify flow upon system air demand.
Ensure all air lines are connected and secured.
RH TEMP RH sensor temperature to high
Remote mount air intake.
Air temperat ure to humidity filter to high
Allow ample time for compressor cool-down.
