Removal and replacement
Disconnect the mains power supply. Take off the Smoke Screen cover and the mains power cover on the PCB.
Disconnect the battery plugs from the PCB and remove the battery retaining plate. Slide out the old batteries,
replace with new units and refit the plugs, retaining plate and covers.


DEVICE WILL NOT FUNCTION AT ALL DURING A MAINS POWER FAILURE IF THE BATTERIES ARE DISABLED.
 
