FORWARDING A MESSAGE
1. On the Messaging screen, tap the thread that has the message you want
to forward.
2. Press and hold the message you would like to forward.
3. Tap
at the top.
4. Tap an existing thread to forward the message to the corresponding
number. Or tap
if you want to send the message to someone else and
enter the recipient in the To field.
5. Edit the content if needed.

DELETING MESSAGES OR THREADS
Deleting a Message in a Thread
1. On the Messaging screen, tap a thread.
2. Press and hold the message you want to delete.
3. Tap
> DELETE.
Deleting Message Threads
1. On the Messaging screen, press and hold a thread you want to delete.
2. If there are more threads you want to delete, tap them one by one.
3. Tap
> DELETE.
CHANGING MESSAGING SETTINGS
Tap > Settings in the Messaging screen to change the following settings:
• Default SMS app: After you install other messaging apps, you can tap this
option to change the default SMS app.
• Notifications: Turn on/off message notification, change the notification
sound, or turn on/off vibration.
• Outgoing message sounds: Turn on/off sound alerts for successfully sent
messages.
• Quick reply: Edit quick replies that you can directly insert in your text
messages.
• Emergency alerts: Set alert types and languages, notification, and preview
notification settings.
• More: Manage message storage, MMS, signature, and preview display
settings.
