Contax S2 - Loading the Batteries

The
exposure meter for
this
camera
is
powered
by two
LR-44
type l.5V
alkaline
batteries or
SR-44 type 1.55V
silver
oxide batteries.
(1)
Open the batterycompartment
cover on the
bottom
of the
camera by
unscrewing it
counterclockwise
with
a coin, etc., and remove
it.
(2)
lnsert
both
batteries into
the
compartment
the
(+)
facing
up
in
accordance
with
the
(+)
(-)
markings
on
the
compartment
holder,
then replace
the
compartment
cover
and tighten
firmly
in
place.
