9. Repairs

plates and footrest assemblies, heel loops, all fabri c items, hand gri ps, etc.
Manufacturer/Servi ce Faci li ty: Repai r or replacement of permanently
a tta ched, worn or broken pa rts m ust be performed by a quali fi ed servi ce
facili ty. Any i ndi vi dual part of the chai r can be replaced. If the servi ce
faci li ty i s close, contact the manufacturer/servi ce faci li ty and the cha i r can
be deli vered i n person. Alternati vely, after recei vi ng a return authori za -
tion, the chair should be packaged in the original or suitable shipping car-
ton for return to the manufacturer/service facility. Ship via parcel post or
by pri vate package deli very servi ces.

• 3⁄8”, 7⁄16”, 3⁄4” or 2 adjustable wrenches with 3⁄4” capacity Phillips head
screwdriver
• Hex key 5⁄32” (included)

11. Spare Parts
If the user i s unable to vi si t a Servi ce Faci li ty to descri be the problem , they
can request a di a gram of the product be sent to them, so they can draw an
arrow to the part needi ng replacement. I f not under warranty, they wi ll
receive an estimate of the cost and, if necessary, shipping instructions for
return of the chai r.
