3 easyDial Layout
Purpose of this section
The controls on your combi steamer include a series of buttons and a rotary encoder called the
Convotherm Dial (C-Dial). These buttons, together with the C-Dial and the appliance’s displays, can
be used to select and use all of the appliance’s functions.
This section provides an overview of the appliance’s easyDial user interface and goes over the
functions behind the various buttons, displays, and the C-Dial.
