REPLACING CUTTER BLADES
WARNING: FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. TURN
SWITCH "OFF" AND REMOVE PLUG FROM POWER
SOURCE OUTLET BEFORE ADJUSTING, MAINTAIN-
ING, OR LUBRICATING YOUR JOINTER-PLANER.
1. Remove belt guard,
2. Position fence to right . , . approximately I/4
beyond cutter blades . . . lock it in place,
3, Lower infeed table all the way down.
In.
4. Place block of wood 6-3/4 in. long between cutter-
guard and fence,
BLOCK OF WOOD
5, Hold cutterhead pulley firmly with one hand and
loosen tockscrews in each wedge using a 5/32 in.
setscrew wrench.

6. While holding cutterhead pulley firmly with one hand,
gently pry up each Wedgeusing a screwdriver . re-
move wedges and blades.
