OPERATION
5.4 STRINGING TILE
1. Remove the tile tie downs and pull off enough tile to feed
down into plow boot to hookup to outlet pipe or main.
2. While carefully having someone hold the pipe begin to
drive forward slowly allowing for the table to gradually
speed up to ground speed and not stretch the tile.
3. Maintain a consistent speed to help with a constant
tile feed.
4. Use the brake by pressing the top button on the switch
pendant to slow the table to prevent uncoiling on the
ground.
5. Top extensions are used for preventing improper uncoil-
ing of the tile spool due to windy conditions and can
be extended when necessary and should be retracted
when loading tile.
6. When finished stringing tile secure the remaining tile
to the table.
NOTE
Avoid over application of the brake to prevent inconsistent
feed and stretching of the tile.
5.5 USING OPTIONAL SPOOL
1. Load the spool onto the trailer with the back wing locked
up under the table and the table raised.
2. Load tile onto the trailer and secure the spool top with
the snap pins.
3. Unload the spool to store partial tile spool until reuse.
