Why does the video flicker or drop when the DM NVX device is touched on my Crestron DM NVX Switch?
If the video flickers or drops when the DM NVX device is touched or when metal in the vicinity of the device is touched, properly ground the DM NVX device.
What does it mean if a message indicating that the resolution is unsupported appears on the display connected to my Crestron DM NVX (when DM NVX device functions as a transmitter)?
If a message appears indicating that the resolution is unsupported, select the correct EDID or change the resolution of the input.
