14 Email
Learn to send or view email messages via your personal or company email account. Add an
external e-mail account.
1) In idle mode, touch , then touch “Email ”.
2) On the Email setup screen, enter your email address and password, and then touch
“Next”.
3) The wizard automatically sets up your email account. If the email account you want to
add is not pre-configured on your device, you will be prompted to manually enter the
email account settings, such as the email server, protocol and more. Obtain this
information from your email service provider.
4) After your account settings have been verified, touch “Finish” to display your Inbox.
5) While on the account Inbox, press Menu key, and then touch Refresh to update your
Inbox.
6) To add more email accounts, return to the Email setup screen, press Menu key and touch
Add account. Repeat steps above.
7) Press Menu key, and then touch “Compose” to create an e-mail.
15 Calendar
Calendar helps you schedule and sound alarms for appointments, meetings, and events.
In idle mode, touch , then touch “Calendar”.
Press Menu key, and then touch “Agenda” to show all the agenda.
16 Clock
In idle mode, touch , then touch “Clock”. You can see a time screen. There are four
shortcuts at the bottom of the screen: Alarm, Picture show, Music player and Home.
You can also touch to save power.
17 Alarm
In idle mode, touch , then touch “Clock”, select .
1) Select from the existing settings of alarm clock, or touch “Add alarm” to set up a new
alarm.
2) Touch “Time”, slide up and down to adjust the hour, minute and AM/PM. Touch “Set” to
save the settings.
3) Touch “Repeat” to select a day to sound the alarm. Touch “OK” to save the settings.
4) Touch “Ringtone” to set up the preferred ringtone when your alarm sounds. Touch “OK”
to save the settings.
5) Touch “Vibrate” to on /off the vibrate.
6) Touch “Label” to input alarm info.
7) Touch “Done” to save the settings of the alarm.
In alarm list, press menu key, select “Settings”, set volume, snooze duration and so on.
18 File Manager
Find, view and manage files stored on an installed memory card. If the file is associated with
an application on your device, you can launch the file in the application.
