3. Steering action does not
follow the steering
operation
• Damage or wear of hydraulic
pump
• Repair or change.
• Insufficient oil amount • Supply oil to specified
amount.
• Air mixture • Bleed air sufficiently and
inspect oil amount and
suction pipes.
• Valve malfunction • Repair.
• Backlash in rod end • Change.
• Looseness in tightening part • Tighten.
4. Front wheel drifts.
(Excessive backlash of
steering wheel)
• Toe in failure • Adjust.
• Air mixture • Bleed air.
• Backlash in rod end • Change.
• Looseness in tightening part • Tighten.
5. Unusual noise in
hydraulic circuit
• Insufficient oil (Transmission
oil)
• Adjust backlash of pedal. HST: 32L {8.5gal}
Gear: 29L {7.7gal}
• Sound of cavitations due to
excessive suction resistance.
• Change clutch disc.
