7. After removing place the bike carefully
on its left hand side.
Danger of material damage!
With no rear wheel the frame and/or the
gear mechanism can become damaged.
After removing the rear wheel lie the bike on
its left side or use a suitable assembly stand.
To t your road wheels. Fit the rear wheel
rst.
1. a) Inserting the rear wheel
Lift up the bike rear,
placing the rear wheel under it so that the
chain is over the smallest sprocket.
Disk brakes: Insert the road wheel so that
the brake disk can be easily pushed bet-
ween the brake pads.
Carefully lower the rear of the bike until the
axle is at the dropout stop on the right and
left sides.
