15 GUIDELINES FOR USE, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
-Scaffolding components must be handled and transported with care in order to avoid damage to
the scaffolding.
-Storage must be arranged in such a way that only undamaged components are available at the
exact number for the assembly of the scaffolding.
-All components must be checked before assembly for proper functioning and must be free of dirt
or damage.
-Damaged components must not be used and must be replaced or offered to the supplier for
inspection / assessment.
- Do not use any tools when assembling and dismantling the mobile scaffold tower.
-Scaffolding for professional use must be assessed annually by a competent authority / inspector.
-After exposure to extreme forces such as storm etc. the scaffold must be inspected again
before using it.
- It is not allowed to hoist or hang the scaffold
