Why is my CyberPower PR3000 UPS not performing expected runtime?
If your CyberPower UPS isn't providing the expected runtime, it might be because the battery isn't fully charged. Recharge the battery by leaving the UPS plugged in for at least 4 hours. The battery may also be slightly worn out, in which case you should contact CyberPower about replacement batteries at tech@cyberpowersystems.com.
