User Control Symbols Used
Control Control Name Description
RESISTANCE UP Increase Bike Gear (1-21), Power (35-500) or Target RPM
(20-100).
RESISTANCE DOWN Decrease Bike Gear (1-21), Power (35-500) or Target RPM
(20-100).
VOLUME UP Adjust Volume up.
VOLUME DOWN Adjust Volume down.
CHANNEL/TRACK
CONTROL
Adjust Time, Level, Weight, or Workout up.
iPod - NEXT track.
A/V - Channel U P.
CHANNEL/TRACK
CONTROL
Adjust Time, Level, Weight, or Workout down.
iPod - PREVIOUS track.
A/V - Channel DOWN.
STOP
Ends the workout session and shows the Workout Review.
FAN
Default speed is OFF during active mode. Press the FAN
key to control fan speed. Choices are OFF, LOW and HI.
