Product Registration
To register product do the following:
1. Visit www.cybexintl.com.
2. Locate Product Registration in the Support section.
3. Fill out form completely.
4. Click the Submit button to register product.

Ordering Parts
To order parts online go to www.cybexintl.com. Select Support > Parts / Ordering. In the left
navigation panel, click Parts Diagrams - Current Products. Select from the drop down boxes.
To speak with a customer service representative, call 888-462-9239 (for customers living within the
USA) or 508-533-4300 (for customers outside the USA).
The following information located on the serial number decal will assist our Cybex representatives in
serving you.
• Unit Serial Number, Product Name and Model Number
• Part Description and Part Number if you have it.

• Shipping Address
• Contact Name
• Include a description of the problem.
