Why are there incorrect readings in dual mode on my Cytiva Laboratory Equipment?
Incorrect readings in dual mode can occur if Cellbag bioreactors are not centred on the respective halves of the tray or if the tare was omitted or incorrectly performed. Check bioreactor placement. Tare the scale before or after filling the Cellbag bioreactors.
