Example
To enable SNMP:
DGS-3620-28SC:admin#enable snmp
Command: enable snmp
Success.

66-2 disable snmp
Description
This command is used to disable the SNMP function. When SNMP function is disabled, the
network manager will not be able to access SNMP MIB objects. The device will not send traps or
notification to network manager either.
Format
disable snmp
Parameters
None. By default, SNMP is disabled.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To disable SNMP:
DGS-3620-28SC:admin#disable snmp
Command: disable snmp
Success.
