state [enable | disable] Allows the sending of syslog messages to the remote
host, specified above, to be enabled and disabled.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To create syslog host:
DGS-3400:4#create syslog host 1 ipaddress 10.1.1.1 state enable
Command: create syslog host 1 ipaddress 10.1.1.1 state enable
Success.
