3.1.8. Starter
z Unscrew the starter fixing nuts and
remove the starter being careful not to
damage its gears.
3.1.9. Fuel filter
z Remove the hollow screws of filter and
tear down fuel supply and discharge
rubber hose.
z Remove fuel filter fixing bolts and
disassemble the fuel filter.
(If the fuel filter is of cartridge type,
disassemble the cartridge element only.)
3.1.10. Breather
z Loosen the clamp screw to remove the
rubber hose.
3.1.11. Intercooler (D1146TI, DE08TIS)
z Tear down the various hoses and air pipes
from the inter cooler.
z Remove the intercooler fixing bolts and
tear it down.
