crank shaft by hand or not.
Timing Gear Case
Tighten timing gear case bolt with the specified
torque.
Cam shaft
Tighten thrust plate bolt so as to be fixed cam
shaft gear port.
Idler Gear Shaft
Assemble an idler gear shaft as it is utilizing
thrust collar fixing bolt so as to be rightly
directed oil port toward cam shaft side.
Idler Gear
1) Assembly of idler gear.
Assemble the gear so as to be agreely every
timing mark of ABC.
Assembly thrust collar that the chamfered
side will be front side.
