Inspection of Fuel Lock - Off
1. When voltage is impressed to the terminal of fuel
lock-off, check whether there si operation sound.
2. If there is an abnormality, replace the fuel lock-off.
Inspection of Fuel Control Valve
1. Connect a hand vacuum pump to the nipple A of the
vacuum switch.
2. Battery voltage is impressed between the terminals
of a fuel control valve, a hand vacuum pump is
connecting in nipple A, and vacuum is applied.
3. If there is an abnormality, replace the fuel control
valve.
Inspection of Vacuum Switch
1. Connect a hand vacuum pump to the nipple of the
vacuum switch.
2. Using a vacuum pump, vacuum (0.7 or more kPa)
is applied to a vacuum sensor, and the existence of
continuity between sensor terminals is checked.
3. If there is an abnormality, replace the vacuum
switch.
Inspection of Vacuum Switch (MAP)
1. Connect a hand vacuum pump to the nipple of the
vacuum switch.
2. Using a vacuum pump, vacuum (24 or more kPa) is
applied to a vacuum sensor, and the existence of
continuity between sensor terminals is checked.
3. If there is an abnormality, replace the vacuum
switch.
