16. Normal Thermostat
The normal thermostat is used to control the water temperature during the wash and final rinse when the sani
option is selected. When the sani option is selected, the timer stops at specific points in the cycle and the heating
element is energized. When the water temperature reaches 154 F or 67.7C the thermostat contacts close and the
timer continues through the cycle. The extra water heating period assures temperatures high enough to produce
good wash results.
