* Connect ECL terminal 9 to 1 and terminal 8 to 2.
The ECA 61 is activated by the setting in line 7010.
The ECA 61 is powered by the ECL BUS which means that the BUS must be active.
The BUS is activated by setting the controller address to 15 (line 7199).
