a) Program time switch
If an analog program time switch is
mounted it can be set for normal and
reduced temperature periods by pushing
the slides in towards the middle to set
the periods in which an reduced
temperature is required.
The correct time and day can be set
opposite the markings by turning the dial
in the direction of the arrow.
If a digital time switch type ECA 9016 or
9017 is used, see the instructions
enclosed with the time switch.
b) Light emitting diode
The diode indicates as follows:
- lights up constantly when the control
is on.
- flashes when an alarm signal is
registered. At the same time, an
alarm code can be read off in P7.1.
See description of alarm codes in
section on settings, page 21.
c) Display
The display shows diverse temperatures
and settings.
d) and e) + and - keys
These keys are for use when setting and
programming the control.
f) Position selector
The function selector is for use in
selecting temperature indication and
programming. The selector can be set in
ten different positions, but on the cover
plate only three positions and associated
symbols are shown.
The display indicates the actual
temperature at sensor S1 (PI
control) or sensor S2 (P + PI
control).

The display indicates the required
normal temperature. The
temperature can be changed using
the + and - keys.

The display indicates the required
reduced temperature. The
temperature can be changed using
the + and - keys.
The remaining seven positions are used
for indicating other system temperatures
and in programming (see digital settings,
page 13).
