Danfoss Icon™ Display
Room Thermostat, 230 V
Danfoss Icon™ Display is a room thermostat especially designed for floor heating systems. It comes in
four different designs to suit markets worldwide.
Danfoss Icon™ Display is very intuitive and easy to use. Just set your desired comfort temperature, and
the thermostat will control the room temperature in accordance with your setting.
Introduction
Wake up
the thermostat
Touch the screen to wake up Danfoss Icon™ Display.
The actual room temperature is displayed. The Heating icon is dis-
played, if the thermostat has turned on the heat.
Touch to return to the previous screen.
The screen turns off after 10 seconds without any action.
Set the temperature
Wake up the thermostat
Touch or to set the desired room temperature.
The temperature flashes to indicate setting is in progress.
Confirm your setting by touching .
Reset to default
factory settings
Press and simultaneously for at least 3 seconds to reset Danfoss Icon™ Display to the default
factory settings.
The display toggles between and .
Confirm by touching .

Danfoss Icon Display is an intuitive room thermostat for floor heating, designed for ease of use with a focus on comfort temperature settings.

Basic Thermostat Operations

Wake Up Thermostat

Touch the screen to wake the thermostat. Displays room temperature and heating status. Screen turns off after 10 seconds.

Set Desired Temperature

Touch arrow buttons to adjust temperature. The setting flashes during adjustment. Confirm by touching the checkmark.

Reset to Factory Settings

Press and simultaneously for 3 seconds. Display toggles between DE Land AL L. Confirm with checkmark.

Thermostat Menus and Settings

User Menu Access

Press for 3 seconds to open User menus ME.1 and ME.2. Toggle with arrow buttons and choose with checkmark.

ME.1 Temperature Limitation

Set HI for highest temperature and LO for lowest. Default range is 5°C to 35°C. Confirm with checkmark.

ME.2 Product ID

Displays the production code for the thermostat.

ME.3 Set Actuator Type

Choose between Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO) actuator types. Confirm setting with checkmark.

ME.4 Set Heat Emission Characteristics

Select floor heat emission: Fast (FA S), Medium (ME d), or Slow (SL). Confirm choice with checkmark.
