Risk of damage to components!
Before disconnecting the system, ensure the control panel is shut down, i.e. the
compressed air and/or electricity is cut.
6.4 MAINTENANCE
To avoid injury risks from maintenance and repairs performed incorrectly, you must respect the
following points.
Risk of accident!
Ensure that no energy source may accidentally or inadvertently move the
equipment which could endanger users during maintenance works.
Particularly, if butterfly or ball valves are actuated when the hosing is not
connected, there is a risk of having body parts squeezed!
Maintenance can only be carried out by trained personnel wearing appropriate
protective equipment. Users must be instructed and informed of maintenance and
repair before their beginning.
Danger of explosion!
Repairs and maintenance, especially welding, cutting or drilling (electric arc, flame,
etc.) must be carried out under explosion proof atmosphere.
Works that can provide an ignition source sufficient enough to initiate an explosion
in risk classified areas must be set and monitored by supplementary procedures
(e.g. fire monitoring with explosimeters).
