11. Repair Instructions
If your WP4 ever needs to be sent in for service or
repair*, call Decagon at (509) 332-2756 or (US and
Canada) 1-800-755-2751, or fax us at (509) 332-5158.
We will ask you for your address, phone number,
and serial number. For non-warranty repairs, we
will also ask for a payment method (such as a pur-
chase order or credit card number), a repair budget,
and billing address.
*Note: If you purchased your WP4 from one of our
international distributors, please contact them
before contacting Decagon. They may be able to pro-
vide you with local service and help you remedy the
problem.
Shipping Directions
When you ship your instrument back to us, please
include with it a document with the complete ship-
ping address, name and department of the person
responsible for the instrument, and (most impor-
tantly) a description of the problem. This informa-
tion will better help our technicians and our
shipping department to expedite repair on your
