12. Troubleshooting
WP4 is a high performance instrument, designed to
have low maintenance and few problems if used
with care. Unfortunately, sometimes even the best
operators using the best instruments encounter
technical difficulties. Here is a list of some problems
that may occur. If you have encountered a problem
that isn’t addressed here, or if these remedies still
don’t resolve your problem, contact Decagon at 1-
