1. PROBLEM:
WP4 won’t turn on.
SOLUTION:
2. Long read time • Dirty sample chamber
• Sample desorbs slowly
• Broken chamber fan

3. Readings on KCl
standards are too high/
low to adjust
• Dirty thermopile
• If using own salt solu-
tion, it may not be in
equilibrium
4. “Sample too dry” • Sample too dry to accu-
rately measure

5. Triangle appears in

6. “Block ROM failed”

• Block is disconnected
