Removing the Speakers
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a. base cover
b. battery
c. memory
d. hard-drive assembly
e. keyboard trim
f. keyboard
g. palmrest
h. display-hinge brackets
i. display assembly
j. system fan
3. Disconnect the speaker cable from its connector on the system board [1] and release the speaker
cables from their routing channels [2].
