Installing the M.2 SSD or DDPE Card
1. Align and place the M.2 SSD or DDPE card on the connector.
2. Tighten the screws that secure the M.2 SSD or DDPE card to the system board.
3. Install:
a. hard drive
b. cover
4. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the Memory
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a. cover
b. processor fan module
3. Pry the retention clips away from the memory module until it pops-up. Lift and remove the memory
module from its connector.
Installing the Memory
NOTE: Please use DIMM 2 slot if there is only one memory module available.
1. Align the notch on the memory-card with the tab in the system-board connector.
2. Press down on the memory module until the retention clips spring back to secure them in place.
3. Install the:
a. processor fan module
b. cover
4. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the Coin-Cell Battery
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a. cover
b. hard drive
c. HDMI board
3. Press the release latch away from the battery. The battery pops out from the socket; lift the coin-cell
battery out of the computer.
