4. Ensure to close the latch for the accelerator card.

5. Connect the FPGA cable to the PIB and the expansion card riser.
NOTE:
The A16 GPU and the V100S GPU power cables are different from the FPGA cable. For A16 or V100S GPU card,
use the cable with part number 23V9W in order to avoid power failure.
