3-13. Error Code H1-16 failure detection procedure
Check the power supply voltage. (ARC IC)
Check item(3-13.1.). Check the power supply voltage. :
Does the power supply voltage of the ARC IC [U3802] indicate the correct voltage (1.2V)?
The test points are as follows.

Check item(3-13.2.). Check the power supply voltage. :
Check the power components [U3801] and the pattern on the sub-
strate.
If there is no problem, remove the ARC IC [U3802] from the sub-
strate and measure the voltage at the test point of check item (3-
13.1.).
Is the power supply voltage correct (1.2V)?
Replace with a new device.
The power supply circuit is
faulty.
Replace the PCB.
Recheck from check item (3.1.)
If it does not work, replace the PCB.

Check the waveform.
Is the "RESET" waveform of the ARC IC [U3802] correct (like the
one shown in the diagram) when the power is turned on?

CPU [U6201] and ARC IC [U3802].
If there is no problem, the ARC IC
[U3802] is faulty.
Replace with a new device.
