•Check the connections for all devices.
•Insert connection cables all the way in.
•Check cables for damage.
•Check the amplifier input source and switch to the connector that is connected to this unit.
•Check if the appropriate input source is selected.
•The headphone volume is set to the minimum level. Adjust the volume level properly.
