Use
Connecting to the Web Interface
The HEOS Extend provides a web browser based user interface that can be
accessed by following these steps:
2 Connecting to the Web Interface via IP Address

Determine the IP address of your Extend using the
“About” feature described above.

Enter the IP address of your Extend into your web
browser using your PC.

Enter the default username and password (you can
change this using the Web Interface).

2 Connecting to the Web Interface via UPnP
(Windows 8/7/Vista)

Open Windows Explorer (File Explorer in Windows 8).

Click Network, then your HEOS Extend icon should
appear.

Right-click the HEOS Extend icon, then click Properties.

Click on the address link in Device webpage. Your web
browser opens.

Enter the default username and password.
