      If there are no control panel lights or audible alarm when your DeVilbiss Health Care Products unit is first plugged in, check the following: 1. A tripped circuit breaker or faulty breaker in 535D or a blown fuse in 535I: Reset or replace the circuit breaker, or replace the fuse. 2. No AC power at the receptacle: Check the power source or try a different receptacle. 3. The AC wire harness is not connected to the main PC board: Connect the AC wire harness. 4. The light panel ribbon cable is loose or not connected to the main PC board: Reconnect the ribbon cable to the main PC board. 5. A defective DC power supply board: Replace the DC power supply board. 6. A defective light panel: Replace the light panel. 7. A defective main PC board: Replace the main PC board.

      If you're experiencing excessive fill times, ensure the iFill oxygen cylinder rotary selector is set to OFF. Also, check the fill times against the Typical Oxygen Cylinder Fill Times chart. Verify that the cylinder is connected properly. Try pressing the start/stop switch to return to Standby, then remove and reinstall the cylinder. Finally, press the start/stop switch again to begin filling the cylinder.
